Winter in Birmingham
Detroit & Southeast · Town edition

Birmingham

A polished winter town with a European-style market, serious dinner bookings, and excellent slider diplomacy.

Why winter

Holiday lights and Winter Markt give the walkable center a strong December reason to visit. Through the rest of winter, combine indoor skating or snow-dependent recreation at Lincoln Hills with coffee, shopping, and a properly booked dinner.

Overheard in Birmingham
Winter Markt borrows the European Christmas-market format, including seasonal food, makers, caroling, and a children's activity area.
